Rear turn signal problems

Rear turn signal problems
I recently bought a 1975 Ford F100 Ranger and am experiencing a problem with the rear turn signals. The front signals work properly, but in the rear when I turn the signal to the left both the right and left signals blink When turning the signal to the right there is no signal blinking in the rear. Unsure of how to approach fixing this. I appreciate any advice for a this novice...
