After a bunch of searching, and talking to a few shops mentioned on the forum. I found a shop local to me, who does Fab work, and builds some amazing pro rock buggy's. He used .250 wall material, I had them coated in Line X. Needless to say if you want something heavy duty for our trucks you'll have to have made.
Well just zoomed in and looked at the welds and the awesome tread dimples! Those were not cheap! However they were made extremely well and I do like the mounts how they are all boxed and welded. How are they attached to the frame? Also someone took some serious time roll bending the tub for that contour.

Just guessing from your user name, you must be in Arizona. Lets go try them out!!!!!!!! LOL
Find out if they work as good as they look!
They look great, both on and off your pickup.
Yep, 34 yrs in counting desert dog of AZ.. Lol. Where about was that pic taken? The main reason I had the sliders made was bc I went on a run from Lake pleasant to Crown King and took some damage on my driver's side rocker panel or in the Super Dutys case the door since it wraps underneath. Wasn't bad bout it prompted me to look into some protection bc it could of been much worse then a minor beauty mark... I'm sure I'll find out here soon enough how they hold up to a hit 🤔
Very nice! I'm working on some protection for my truck as well. I'm about halfway through making a headache rack to protect the cab and back window....made from 3/8" plate and 1/4" wall rectangle & square tube.
Not enough rocks around here to worry about sliders...but I almost made a set for a previous Dodge 2500. I'm using some of that material for my headache rack actually...

This was in a gorge between Bullhead City and Oatman, not very far out of BHC.
