Here's the story. I have a 99 super duty. A failed injector melted a piston. I put a 97 motor in the truck. I need the drivers side exhaust manifold.
Here to find out, the 97 motor was in box truck, so the manifold is different than an obs truck.
The local Napa can't look up parts without model of vehicle. I have know idea what the model of truck it came from. It's not a econoline van. It's from a big box truck.
The model of engine is an A215
Does anyone know what model of box truck the engine could have been in? Or have any idea how Napa can look up this manifold?
Does anyone know if the turbo from the box truck will bolt up to obs uppipes?
Does anyone know if the turbo from the van truck
So from what I understand you are running a 97 OBS turbo and pedestal setup in a 99 Superduty? That would mean it also doesn't have an intercooler, use an exhaust manifold for a 97 OBS truck.

The 97 engine is from a box truck. The manifold from a 97 obs will not work.
The turbo and pedestal is also from the box truck.
It's intercooled.
Sounds like possibly an international 4700 box truck with the t444e engine (7.3) napa should be able to go from that, if not check with an international truck dealership.

I thought for sure that would be it! I looked up that manifold, it doesn't look like the one I need.
The bolt holes are at the bottom of the manifold, just like the passenger side. The bolts need to be on the of top. Also the piece the uppipe bolts too is straight in the picture. The old one that came off has a slight curve.
Is the problem that the engine is missing the manifold or that the manifold on it won't fit in your truck? A '99 Super Duty 7.3 manifold would obviously fit in your truck body. If the up-pipe is different between the box truck set-up and your SD then I guess you'd have to replace that too.

The manifold on the engine is rusted bad, where the bolts go through it to attach to the uppipe is completly gone.
I wish I could find the manifold. If not, I'm going to have to find manifold, uppipe, turbo, pedestal from an obs or sd and swap everything
