I have a 2010 Ford F-150 4.6 V8 and it’s Vin #8. I have changed spark plugs, coils, all injectors, fuel pump, and all o2 sensors. My truck is still running rough. It will idle at 500 rpm and dip down, then back up and will sometimes shut off. It’s getting frustrating. Please help! Seems like it isn’t getting enough air.
