obsolete spindles
hey folks
I have a 1999 e150 and the front spindles are obsolete, so I can try to find used or my question is can I upgrade to a newer spindle and replace both sides with a newer model year Thanks Randy

i hope this reaches you in time. find an E series van from 2008 or later (same model) and grab the front spindles, rotors, calipers, and associated hardware. remove your brakes and the spindles. bolt on new spindles and brakes.
i specify 2008 and up because this was the first year ford put real front brakes on the van. big thick rotor to absorb all the heat w/o fading brakes and cracking rotors, and yes it's a bolt on and wheels are still 8x6.5.
