Good evening Illinois and Ford Truck Enthusiasts, Ken, Sean, and Rod!

Had another 70° day here but it is getting dark too soon like everyone says.

Our weather prognosticators said it was to be a rainy day but they were wrong as always. Maybe it won't rain tomorrow like they predict. LOL

No time change would be fine with me. Leave it DST year around. Was like that in the 1970s after the oil embargo of 1973.

The State has been talking about it for years.

I recall the price of gas went from 33 cents to 50 cents out west.

in ‘73. I used to like to collect all the gas station give-always as a kid.

I bought a new Bronco in May of 1979, that Summer gas went to $0.75 per gal. and its never came back down.
