I wish it was that simple..... I got into registry and didn't back it up first. regedit should be outlawed !

OOPs You Bad!

I tell people to "Never open Regedit without at least 2 restore points 1 day apart, a backup the registry and boot disk!!

Any way hope you get it loaded.

Morning World.... well - I do have the computer running but it'll take a number of days to get back to "normal" ! I have a lot of the programs running and have a lot more to re-install. Luckily I do have a backup of all the stuff that was on it so IO just have to find the disks for re-installing . It won't be done today that's fer sure. Got to run Mama around today too...Dentist, store etc. Hope you all have a better day !

John - it's a command you wanna forget if you don't already know what it is ! You can get to the "Blue Screen of Death" very quickly if you don't know what you are doing.

John, Listen to Bud - Regedit is a good way to make a boat anchor out of a computer!
