Window switch question

1996 F350 switches work good and bezel is good. But the gray plastic part is too broke up to mount them in the door. Only thing I can find online is the actual switches and the bezel. Can someone tell me what this “mounting part” is called and where I can find a replacement. Any help will be appreciated.

There is no mounting part. You will need to modify your door panel to accept a new screw or replace the door panel that has a unbroken mounting part.
