I found a new way of monitoring mode 6 data in torque and tested it out this morning on my 00 Excursion.
It shows the exact same number of misfires on 2 and 5. Since this is hex, 65 misfires. This showed up around the beginning of when I started the test. I kept periodically hitting Test again but the values never changed.
Does this seem correct? Does mode 6 data get reset only when you stop running the engine?
