No it didn't go back to first on its own,as per my deceleration it went back to first normally.

As per codes the only code that was slightly concerning was P0605 but I also have a chip on this truck so I wonder if that was causing the code
rode around with a modis hooked up to it for close to a half hour and couldn't get anything abnormal to happen

I also changed my multifuncion turn signal switch too, I read somewhere on here that the multifunction switch can cause weird issues as well and as clapped out as mine is getting i figured why not change it . Its been 3 days so far and everything has been ok so far. If this doesnt solve my issue I wonder if my pcm is no good or the speedometer is messed up as I also noticed a slight bounce around 40MPH in the neede.

I looked back there already,
I rewired the plugs last year with all new plugs

Well I believe the multi-fumction switch was my issue. Its been perfectly fine for a week now, Im going to declare this one solved knock on wood. Thank you all for the help
