Need Advice - Truck value
hi there
I have a 2012 F150 SuperCrew 4WD with the 5.5ft bed. It also has all the bells and whistles, including the digital dash with everything you could ask for in/on it, towing package including trailer brake control, tow/haul mode, airbags in the rear end, granny step off the tailgate, rear backup camera, power everything, the silver bar type running boards, yadda yadda.
Only has approx. 80K kms, and my son got in an accident with it on the weekend and I'm thinking insurance might want to write it off. From Regina, so SGI kind of holds the cards here.
It is a beautiful truck, nothing broken, everything works. Just had the body shop fix a scratch in the side the right way - repainted the whole side, not just a patch job, so we have kept it very clean.
Cloth interior, but that's probably the only thing that wasn't top of the line.
Is a six passenger, as we have four kids, so no console but the fold down thingy in the front.
Can anyone help me with the approximate value of the truck? I know we paid below market for it a couple of years ago...
what would you think it worth now?

Your bank will have a value, and check Kijiji. Use that for ammo, when you deal with your insurance co. We had an 06 Eddy Bauer Explorer in mint shape, that was written off. MPI paid us $15000.00 . this was 4-5 yrs ago. I was expecting them to offer us $12,000. which was a good value. I walked in with Kijiji ads, and bank value, and didn't even have to use them.
