need to level my excursion

Bought my Excursion from a dealer who lifted it, not sure why but they set it up so the front is an inch higher than the rear. Maybe to try to clear the 35 inch tires in the front. I plan to put smaller tires on the truck and drop the front some to try to level the truck.

What are your goals here besides just wanting the big wagon to sit level?
Do you not want to run 35"s for some reason?
How is the current setup ride?
Swapping out the rear lift blocks for a set with an additional inch and the correct taper would be much cheaper and get the rig level.
What are the hub center to wheelwell lip measurements from all four corners now? This will determine how much lift over stock it has on it now.

Besides that droopy butt, I think your EX looks great!

My front is 27 inches center hub to fender and 26 inches in the back. Right now I have 325 65 R18 tires and It just touches in the front on turns with bumps. The speedo is off about three MPH and the mud tread on the truck is pretty rough on pavement. With the current setup there is some bump steer, but nothing I can’t handle.
This will be our highway hauler for trips with wife kids dogs and luggage, maybe a small camper in the future. I have three F350 crew cabs so my heavy hauling is covered. I don’t mind 35s and I would put Two more inches in the back, but not sure what angle would be needed to set the pinion right.

you can handle it until you cant, fix this before you endanger your families life's. with correct geometry the Ex should have no bump steer..

depends on what type of drive shaft you have.

To bring the front down I would remove an inch of the leveling kit that was installed up front.

At this point I am considering going 27 inches all around, giving me the option of running 35 inch tires if desired. From my days of lifting jeeps I recall that, with my straight driveline I need to have the pinion 1 or 2 decrees below parallel with the transfer case output so that it is near parallel while in motion. However, assuming that the factory angle was correct, a straight block should maintain the factory pinion angle. So.... if I add 1 or 2 inches in the back I should be good to go. Right?

a level Ex using the rear procomp 22415 with no block requires rolling the pinion DOWN 2*, parallel is ideal and 2* will put you within 1/2*.

I have had good results with PMF Suspension blocks in my other Fords and I am thinking of adding their air bag tang in order to have the ability to adjust for tongue weight. The ProComp springs would be an option too, do they stiffen the rear any. I spend a lot of wheel time in my crew cab F350s so I am used to a firm rear...
