Buzz Test

KOEO Buzz test. Does anyone know why some trucks do it but other trucks dont? My truck never buzzes the injectors prior to starting. I'm also trying to track down my source off poor fuel economy. I just received my Bluetooth OBD plug so I will be doing some diagnostics here soon, but I was just curious if different strategies don't always include the self test?

Not a clue, how do I pull the strategy info?

My SCT X4 will show it and it can be changed.

I don't have a tuner. I'm trying to get the maintenance up to par before I go throwing more fuel at it HAHA.

I'm pretty sure that forscan will show you what strategy you are running.
You can download it for free to anything Windows based, or get the app

^^ YES Forscan will tell you.

Older strategies didn't excite the coils when the key was on before startup. Later strategies did to help warm up the bores and try to decrease effects of stiction.
