I've been looking for that program "connector viewer," my friend in service at for hasn't heard of it though. How could I get my hands on a copy of that? I'm actually looking to see where a wire from c316 ends up at and I figured it would go through those two, and curious of which wire is which on c4003
Badlands, I couldn't PM you images. Like you stated, I don't think we have C479 even though the Ford Service Manual shows it. If you figure it out, please share as I would like to add the tailgate ajar switch too.

C316, Pin 7, Left of Instrument Panel to
C4003, Pin 5, Left Rear Frame of Truck to
C479, Pin 1 (Connector that probably isn't in our tailgate harness)
Would you have a detailed diagram of C316 like the one below ? I'm sure the wire is here I'm just wondering where they cut it off at and how far I'll have to go to wire it
Checked and rechecked, the diagram I posted even shows it as a blank, the f150s have it ran to the back and capped on the outlet side of it on their equivalent plug so it's easy for them. So since it's not there I'm tracing back to C316, I dont know which pin is which on there though.
Pin #7 at C316. Posts 7 (image on left) & 8 (schematic) reflect such. BTW, not sure where your C4003 diagram is from but mine from the 2017 Ford Super Duty OEM Service Manual shows it on Pin #5 at that connector. I just checked my truck at C4003 and it appears to have the Yellow/Orange wire at Pin 5. (Colors are a little off in the image.)

It's a tight fit to even see C316 so I'm not sure if I am looking up or down on it which pin is which on there because some of the wires weren't jiving with my plug
Can anyone tell me if this is connector C316? It is located under the hood near the drivers side where the up fitter switch wires are. And is the arrow pointing to wire 7? C4003?? C4003 with wire 5 missing? C316? Wire 7 in C316? C4003?
Also pictured, is this the C4003 connector? This is located on drivers side inside frame rail. If this is my C4003 then I am missing the wire from C316 as long as what I am looking at is definitely C316.
