2016 6.2 service schedule
Does the 2016 have an onboard service schedule? I would have assumed it did, since my wife's 2011 Acura has one.
If so, does it need to be "turned on?" If not, is there a preferred source for maintenance schedules?

Start with the owners manual for maintenance intervals
While the Super Duties are nice trucks, they are built for work and dont have all sorts of fancy computer features. My '16 F250 feels years behind my wife's '17 Explorer. Both are XLT's and outfitted similarly but the Explorer has more bells and whistles.

Do all the fluids before the factory recommended intervals.
Trans...do it every 40-50-60K max. If you live in the dessert go with the lower figure. Xfer case and diffs do them at 50-60K. If you plow or off road do it all every 20-30K.
Cheap insurance even if you dont DIY.
Here is a list of your trucks fluids that need servicing:
Engine oil...(obvious and whats usually on everyone's mind).
The forgotten fluids:
Coolant
Power Steering
Brake
Trans & filter
Differentials
Xfer case
Blinker juice
Muffler lubricant
