Help Driver side header won’t fit

Ford F-250 crew cab 400 6.6
Driver side header won’t fit in the truck ,keeps hitting the gearbox

It’s the only picture i had and i thought the design might be important or useful to resolving the issue. It’s also not in the truck in this picture.

If they are bolted up tight and still hit then my guess you have the wrong headers for your application. If just the collector is hitting you could cut patch and weld to bend it away,.Looks like they have been around the block a few times so a few new welds would not be a big issue.
I normally frequent the 56 f series forum, but I am using a 408 Cleveland so I thought I would stop by here for a change. I feel your pain as I have had quite the time with the drivers side exhaust on my project.
