My son shut the liftgate manually instead of using the inside button in the back. Now it won't lift at the latch. Works fine from the dash button and remote button. Just not the latch button. Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this?
I tried that. There's a button in the back on the inside wall you're supposed to use to close it. When I use it to close it then try to use the button on the liftgate, still doesn't work
Try the 'initializing' process. I don't know if that is in the Owners Manual but it is in the Service Manual.
This may solve the problem. Sorry I don't remember how to do it.
