2011 electronic rear.

Hi all, haven't posted in awhile. I was looking to change the oil in my rear end and it says it doesn't need any traction modifier is that right? It's electronic. Just wanted to check here first.

Correct. If it has the electronic locking diff theres no need for friction modifier. I used this video as a reference when I did mine.

I just did mine in my 16. I used Lucas synthetic which said it was good for limited slips but our ELDs are open until locked. I also checked the manual and it said nothing about a modifier being required. Here's my thread I wrote on it:
