Brush Guard Compatibility
Hey guys, I recently bought an 08 Ford Escape XLS 2.3 and I'm trying to figure out if an 05-09 F150 brush guard will work. However I cant find any sources on compatibility, any ideas?

Probably because no-one deems it worth their while to try random cross-model component fitting just for the sake of it. You have to get one and offer it up and see. Chances are anything may need a substantial amount of fabrication to fit - and then you'll need to check the Escape is still legal as brush guards etc can mess with the airbag sensor calibration and render the airbag system a) unsafe (liable to go off unnecessarily) or b) unsafe (liable to not go off when needed), or both.
Many jurisdictions only allow factory specified brush guards for this reason, bets to check yours before putting time and $$$ into it.
