Diesel emissions
Hello, I live in Florida and am getting ready to move to Reno. In Reno I will need to do a smog test on 2004 excursion diesel
My question : were all excursions manufactured with smog equipment? If so, would they meet the basic emissions standard that is required, even if it came from out of state where no smog test is required? If not, what would need to be installed to bring it up to emissions standard?

stock waste gate controller
no chip or programer
and the hard one to pass if you have any mods like injectors is in the PCM all “ Monitors ready”. is a check sum the computer does to test the injection system is in spec
