Never Buying Morimoto Again.

Brian - we found your thread when browsing the forum and wanted to chime in here directly.
First, we're working on determining just who you are in our system so that we can reach out and correct whatever error occurred that resulted in you getting F150 headlights instead of parts for your Super Duty. If you can PM us with your order number or email address, that would be helpful.
But beyond that, your issues definitely have to be caused by one or all of the male pins inside of the H13 male connector not making proper contact with the female terminals on the OE headlight harness.
This is by far the most common issue that owners of the SuperDuty XB headlights encounter, but its not a QC or design issue, just something to be careful & watch out for during the installation and is definitely the culprit behind the inconsistent operation of the low/high beams on the lights. If you disconnect the socket (with the white, black, and brown wires going into it) you'll see there are 3 pins. When pushing the connector together with the OE plug, Those pins can easily bend downwards and into the wrong holes on the female side. Yes, this will still result in a connection being made, albeit a poor one, thus - inconsistent operation. If you look at the attached image you'll see what we're talking about (from Morimoto's troubleshooting guide for dealers). Why nobody on our team recommended this though, is a great question.
As for the other issues that were brought up, vibration, etc - those problems did affect a few of the lights that were first produced, but have all been resolved through updates to the bill of materials.
We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered and will do whatever it takes to earn your trust once again.
Thanks, Brian
