Slowly fixing it up

I have a 94 f150 with 5.0 Windsor 4x4
I'm slowly wanting to fix it up. So far I've done alternator, everything to do with the clutch including the clutch and brake pedal assembly. I am just wondering which direction other Ford lovers would take. I'm thinking spark plugs ,wires ,block heater, hubs and shocks next. Any thoughts?

Do all of the routine maintenance items as you listed them. Get the truck running as it was intended before adding any "mods". Not sure why you need a block heater, but it's your truck.

That would be a valid reason for a block heater.

If it is running fine, brakes bearings and steering. Once those are sound and the truck runs , stops and steers properly you could make a list of parts and fluids to do and just check off one thing at a time as you get them done. My list was once about 4 pages long and I got it down to 1 page now and its taken about 3 years to do. The more you dig into it the longer your list will get.
Wanted my fuel gauge to work and what a can of worms that opened up to be.
Finding the time to work on the truck and money could be the biggest obstacle.

I use to live in VT, plenty of cold winters, many days below zero. Never had a block heater in a gas engine vehicle. My suggestion, don't waste money on a block heater, just invest it in a really good battery and be sure your starter is in top condition. It's not a Prius, it's a FORD, make it earn it! lol she'll take it!! If everything is working right, it should be just fine.
No issue with adding a block heater on a serious note, but really, unless you are dealing with a lot of 15-25 below or worse, I wouldn't want to waste the electricity.
Getting the ignition and fuel and starting systems working right are great first steps! See how it goes as it is, then upgrade to fit your needs.
My 95 f150 with 5.0 runs just fine, I'd like to have a bit more power, probably a cam and some fuel injection upgrades could wake it up, but the cost kind of outweighs my foolish thoughts.
If I ever have the engine out, or need lifters, well thats another story, but for now it does a fine job as it is.

All the input is awesome. I've done alot so far breaks bearings tune up. Did hubs. Everything to do with clutch. Including assembly. I want to do shocks and possibly the rods so I can get allignment. Does really need it. But it does need tie rods
To my next question is. What is input on a level kit for the front. I don't ever tow anything. And maybe once in a great while I'll put a little weight in the back. It already has extra leaf springs in the back it's part of the tow package that was put on the truck
