Tailgate
The tailgate on my 2018 KR is not flush with the body. The passenger side sticks out at the top and not centered. Big gap on the passenger side. Would this be fixable or will Ford say its normal.

If you’re still under the mileage warranty, take it back to your dealer and see if it can be adjusted for free.

My 2015 had the rear bumper about an inch to the right. I took it back and the body shop centered it while I waited. I could have done it myself but on a brand new vehicle it should be centered.

Sounds like the latch isn't working on that side preventing that side of the tailgate from closing all the way. Maybe the latch on that side is stuck closed or something. Either way, you should take it in for warranty repair.
