Bed capacity

I am looking to purchase a Polaris Ranger 500 to replace my golf cart and will need to haul it in the bed when towing my camper. Has anyone loaded one in the truck bed? I have the dimensions of both bed width at tailgate and the UTV. Just trying to get justification if it will fit. TIA

At 110" overall, I think the Polaris Ranger 500 may be a bit long to put in the bed AND tow a trailer. Most times, the tongue jack on the trailer will not allow you to drop the tailgate. If it does, it's so close that you won't be able to turn.

The Ranger's wheelbase is 73" and the tires are 25". Added together from the front of the front tire to the rear of the rear tire you're looking at 98" plus whatever front bumper sticks out past the front of the front tires.

I have an 8 ft bed and i will have no issue with length, just want to be sure of the width.

I load a RZR in mine. Tailgate won't close. Mine fits between a wheel humps.

The ranger is shorter but wider. You will have go over the wheel humps. I back the RZR up, and winch it in.
Easy to load.

I will have about 1.5-2" between the tailgate opening, so it will fit. Thanks.
