I ran a Stealth module and was very happy with it. It helped get back about 2-3 MPG's depending on how I drove. It is supposedly undetectable by dealers if removed before service. Never had to worry about that. I recently decided to delete truck so I removed it to add an EZLynk tuner w/GDP Tunes. But if you're looking for an easy install and no big flash ECM tuner not a bad route at all.
