USB music access while driving

Hello to the group. I haven't been on this forum for a while. I just got a new 2019 F-150 and have a lot to learn about all the bells and whistles. Previous truck was a 2007 F-150 and a lot has changed. I have some music stored on a USB thumb drive with each album in a separate directory (aka folder for you youngsters). When in park, I can use the navigation buttons below the display to move the the root directory and then select a different album. When driving, this is prohibited and accompanied by a message saying this is not allowed while the vehicle is in motion. I understand the perils of distracted driving and don't like to take my eyes off the road. If I were on a long trip and wanted to listen to a different album, I would need to stop first. Is there any way around this restriction? Is there a voice command that I haven't discovered that would accomplish this. It's a standard Sync system without touchscreen.
