I would say at least a month, possibly two.
Im guessing it will depend on what the back stock of 19 model year trucks looks like.
Big changes coming to the power train, and I’m sure Ford doesn’t want to push that while trying to move 19’ back stock with less powerful engines and 4 less gears.

After seeing the pricing of the 2020 some folks may be more willing to buy a 2019.
There were 19s on my dealers lot and I couldn't price a 19 on Fords site. Shortly after Ford starts shipping the 2020s would be my guess when the Fords build and price for the 2020 comes out. Might not be until November.
