crew cab has 4 doors. an extra cab is a toyoda thing i think.
ford has the super cab. originally two doors, with a jump seat between the front seats and cab back wall.
then around 99 ford went to suicide doors for the rear of the super cab.

Yours is called a Super Cab. I don't know about jump seats but mine (in my sig) has a console box type of thing between the two front seats and a bench seat behind them. My 1994 F150 had the same setup.

sorry, i should have worded that better. in 99 the F250 and F350 superduty trucks got the suicide doors.
before 97 the F250-350 supercabs only had the front doors with folding front seats.
early supercab trucks had the optional jump seats, or folding rear bench.
somewhere around 92 or so the jump seats were dropped.
