Fuel Tank Help Needed

Changing out the pump/sending unit on my 2010 F250 gasser. Can’t get the old unit detached from the bottom of the tank.

Looking at at the new one there are three holes lined with a rubber grommet. I assume these press down over studs attached to the bottom of the tank.

Any tips or tricks? Don’t want to break anything.

My guess is you just have to pull hard. Try twisting or rocking it a bit. They’ve been there for 8-9 years and haven’t moved so …! Anything on YouTube?
