Wheel arch liners

In the example pic below you can see the EX frame/leaf springs/guts through the wheel arch.

Were there ever any liners covering all this? Seems strange considering it’s all in view at stock height.

if there are liners, can anyone point me to some? Preferably genuine replacements

the liner is above the frame.

clean your frame frame to bare metal metal and prime/paint it.
rustoleum satin black will look factory fresh

You could paint as mentioned, or re do the splash guard as I did, making them large enough to cover the frame end too.
