Manual Transmission Problem

I have a Mazda 5 speed in my 95 F-150 with 300-6. I have about 40K on this rebuilt transmission. When I had it replaced we didnt replace the clutches in it because they said they were in good shape at 130K. When we replaced it we put a new throw out bearing and a slave cylinder. Now im having trouble putting into gear, when im sitting still. At a redlight it will make a clunk noise and if you hold pressure on the stick it will go into gear, same as 2nd, but 3rd and 4th are not that hard most of the time, 5th(OD) has never had a problem going in. If I come to a rolling stop and put it in 1st gear right before the truck stops it goes in gear really easy? Im not really sure why it would make it do that. Im running Mobil 1 synthetic ATF fluid in it.

Sounds like the clutch isn't fully disengaging. Did you have any trouble when you bled it? Air bubbles in the clutch's hydraulic system could cause it not to fully disengage and consequently what you describe.
