Well I received help recently here on the amount of torque to tighten the bed bolts in my F350 (129 lb), but perhaps I should have also asked is there a specific order to tighten—and if so what order ?

Your GN should be mounted to the frame and not the bed.
Probably not spacific order, but on most things you always start at the middle and work out.
Remember the is some room for adjustments in the bed bolts so check for cab to bed alignments before and during the first few bolts.
