So my 19 F350 lariat with 7500 miles has an AC problem, blows 68 or so on the drivers side and 45 and the passenger side. It does have dual zone cooling and yes both are set to low.
I took it to my dealer, they couldn't find anything wrong and the hotline was no help to them I guess, after a week they ended up replacing the Thermal expansion valve, and said its working great come get it.....
I picked it up tonight and it's still blowing the same. talked to the advisor and tech and they said just drive it, it will get better on the highway..... only got worse.
Im taking it back in tomorrow, just wondered if anyone had any ideas! Thanks.
Sounds like the blend door is stuck. Many Ford vehicles had issues in the past with the motors that move the doors in the dash. Dont know if they ever resolved the problems, but I'd look into the drivers side blend door actuator.
