Hi guys, I recently upgraded from my 05 to a 2010 f-150 xlt supercrew. Im working on getting it setup for work, got a new contractor cap coming, just install an oem trailer brake controller, and programmed it. Im currently working on getting a set up air assist suspension bags that have the air compressor system built in. I would like to install the switch for this system in a manner that looks like it was meant to be there. my question is do they make an accessory panel that would go between the climate control *****? the current setup has a spot im assuming was left blank because i don't have all the extra climate options.
If not any ideas would be great. Ive come across some switches that mount in the dash where I put the trailer brake controller, and I have the adjustable pedals so I can't put anything on the left of the steering wheel.
No aftermarket panels that I have heard of. However, some here have posted pics of using that coin/cubby hole to the right of radio for a homemade panel.
On my '14 with bucket seats and center console I used the front edge of the console for switch location (fits 4 easily). Can't see them, they don't get accidentally bumped and the location is easy operation with arm on console.
