OBS Turbo noise?
i have a 97 powerstroke, 180k chipped, straight pipe. afe big boost filter,
i have the ebpv unplugged & yes its unplugged when the valve is open, (makes the noise whether plugged in or not) when i drive theres a screetch noise that comes from under the hood, i cant pin point the location but sounds around the turbo area, iv took the intake off & wiggled the shaft it is solid, doesent look like the wheel is rubbing the housing (EXACTLY WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE) i watched a video of a 99 "surging" & that is exactly what it sounds like, but i dident thing stock obs really had problem with it? the noise does NOT get louder when you accelerate, it actually makes it go away. thank you guys!
