Removing door panels

Hi - trying to get my front door panel off and can't figure out how to get the grab bar/handle piece off. I've only seen one video online and it was a '17 F250 (mine is a '19, no idea if this piece changed). In the video I saw it looked like they removed the handle using a trim pry bar *by prying behind the handle* but I can't see or feel any sort of tab or insert that is behind the handle. Hope that is making sense. Anyone seen or removed the handle piece and can share how that is done? Thank you.\

Edit: Nevermind. Found a great video by looking for F150 instead.

I just did this Saturday, used plastic trim removal tools for all. The one that gave me the most problem was bellow the handle. All of them make a disconcerting sound when popping off.
