Thanks, John. You make me have to admit that the bodywork was farmed out to a friend who is a former paint and body man - now a Colorado State Trooper. He does nice work. I learned to do body work, but find it way too tedious for my taste. The mechanical stuff, I learned of necessity growing up. If the car don't run, you can't get to work, or to class. The problem with that youthful knowledge is - I can't work on anything made after 1972!

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the positive feedback. Always nice to hear you're work is amounting to something.
My truck started life with a 292 Y block, and a 3 speed with granny on the floor. Now, it's a 302W, with 351M heads, and a C4 auto - still on the floor, with a goose neck shifter.
