That looks good, did you have to do much body work on it. Sure looks nice and straight...

Thanks, John. You make me have to admit that the bodywork was farmed out to a friend who is a former paint and body man - now a Colorado State Trooper. He does nice work. I learned to do body work, but find it way too tedious for my taste. The mechanical stuff, I learned of necessity growing up. If the car don't run, you can't get to work, or to class. The problem with that youthful knowledge is - I can't work on anything made after 1972!

The older stuff is much easier to work on for sure...lol

I am so happy that for me....... It is Saturday #1....
Plenty of work to do.... What I want to do for the most part and on my schedule most of the time......... I am a happy kid !! (68 yr old Kid)

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the positive feedback. Always nice to hear you're work is amounting to something.

My truck started life with a 292 Y block, and a 3 speed with granny on the floor. Now, it's a 302W, with 351M heads, and a C4 auto - still on the floor, with a goose neck shifter.
