We had so much rain in May and June that I could hardly mow grass, now its all dried up and going dormant.

I had a few spots that took a few minutes to get trimmed.

I'm not a grass farmer so it only takes me about 45 minutes to do my front and back yard.

We've used brick mow strips around everything that I can trim with the mower and leave the weed wacker in the shed.

I have a lot to brick around but most of it was done years ago right after we moved in when I was much younger.

I know, I set the bricks in mortar in a shallow trench so they don't move around. I paid $.33 for each brick 27 years ago and they are still the same price.

Thats good Rick. I did replace the patch of grass around the water meter pit with concrete. Only because we park right there at it.
