I got a bit of missing in my idle/roughness and am having problems nailing it down--engine runs fine while driving...very smooth. I have checked my EGR valve and the EVP sensor and they seem to work ok (restrictor plate made no difference and when I pull the vacuum hose off the evp, there isn't any vacuum at idle---which I think is correct?). I've replaced the cap/rotor, wire, plugs, coil, MAP sensor already. I pulled the upper intake off and cleaned it up and replaced the gasket...so it isn't leaking (I've checked). Here are the codes that I am still getting...
327 EGR (EVP/PFE/DPFE) Circuit Below Minimum Voltage
334 EGR (EVP) Closed Valve Voltage Higher Than Expected
542 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Failure
311 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Inoperative During KOER Bank # 1 With Dual HO2S
I don't even know where to start with the 542, and the 311 has me stumped because I don't have dual H20 sensors in this truck??
would the 542 be caused because a few weeks ago I flipped the inertia kill switch while I was doing a compression check? I flipped it back and it runs fine as far as driving.
