Panel below tailgate.
Hello I am looking for the panel across the rear under the tailgate and behind the bumper. It is notched to go around the frame. All I’ve found is the rear sill member under the bed. I believe the panel I am looking for is under the tailgate and goes from side to side. I don’t know the name of this panel thus having hard time finding. It is for my 1982 Ford F100 Flareside. I want an original smaller bumper and this panel will be a lot more visable. If anyone knows the name of this panel I will be deeply indebted. Thank you 82fordowner

1980/87 Flareside // No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.

When I found our how much for all the cross members & front and rear sills I went in a different direction.
BTW the only part of that rear dill that was any good on mine was that rear panel you see. I took it and welded it to a metal floor.
