Were they optional in these trucks in the 60s?

Or only came in some of the higher end models?

Maybe someone just removed mine.

I think I remember seeing something with a "coat hook" that was up in that area. I'll see if I can find the document that said that.

The mounts for the shoulder belts were in the cabs even when the belts were not installed. Yours are for 67 to mid 71 belts as after that until 73 they moved to the side of the cab.

Okay - Thank you. I think I found a "plug" in the LMC catalog to fill the hole. I believe #22 below is what I need.
