Chrome lug nuts
Has anyone removed their stock center caps and installed chrome lug nuts like these Mcgard lugs Chrome Cone Seat Style Lug Nut Set (M14 x 1.5 Thread Size) ? Set of 4 Lug Nuts ? McGard
I have a 2019 f250 Stx with factory aluminum wheels and would like to remove the center caps and use something like them. All suggestion are welcome. The mcgard website says not for factory wheels. Does it make a difference?

Those look great. I have not removed a lug nut to look at one yet but need to know if the factory lugs are flat on the seat as in your picture or are they the conical 60 degree seat for stock alum. wheels? The ones you posted look like they have the outer clad shell on them. I am looking for chrome plated without the clad shell. Mcgard does not have a lug with a flat seat which is what I think I need.
