2000 Excursion Headrest Screen replacement

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting on the Excursion side of this forum, as I'm a regular on the "older f150" side of things.
My family has owned our excursion for a while now (I believe 14 or 15 years) and It's been a great trip/vacation truck with the 'ole 7.3L Stroke. We ran into an issue a few years ago, and I'm just now getting around to trying to find a solution. One of the factory monitors in the headrest has gone out. I'm not sure if our setup is factory, but I'm pretty sure the headrest monitors are. How we're setup is as follows:

We have a flip-down screen in the middle of the roof, in front of the rear a/c controls (to the back of the vehicle relative to the controls, but in front of them, so it's hard to change the controls when the screen is flipped down, and I think the screen was replaced a few years ago) with lights on the rear corners of it.
The actual DVD player is under the middle bench seat, on the driver side.
There is a switch beside the power outlet in the dash (in the compartment to the right of the radio), that turns the inverter on or off.
Then there is (or WAS) a screen in head headrest of each front seats. Now only the passenger-side screen works, and we've had the driver side screen out for many years. Sadly this issue came along before I was old/smart enough to start figuring out a solution, so I'm just now getting to it.

Would my best option be, try to find where we put the old, non-working screen and find another one on eBay (I think that was already tried to no avail)? Is there a standard model screen for this year of truck? Or is this completely custom? It looks and operates like factory, so I doubt it's custom, but it's hard to tell sometimes.

Thanks for the help. I'd like to get both screens working, and get this 'ole girl back in near-pristine condition!

I'm pretty sure that headrest monitors were never a factory option in the EX, so would assume that you are dealing with aftermarket custom gear there. Just look around and try to find something that looks like the surviving unit and is the correct size.

Okay, that makes sense as I have found very few pictures with monitors in the headrests. Looks like our only option is to find a replacement by number, or a new aftermarket system...Thanks!
