Recon cab light install question

Truck already has cab lights. Bought the Recon smoked lights and about to put them on. Honestly surprised on the build quality, comparing the lights to the stock ones and they look exactly the same. Already took the stock ones off and they came with the foam on them just the like the Recon ones but the bottom side of the stock foam was stuck to the roof. I assume they were double sided taped but the Recon lights do not have any adhesive on the bottom of their foam. Am I missing something or does Recon expect you do put some type of adhesive on or is their foam enough to stop any leaks? I don't want to go crazy with any glue or anything as I want to be able to remove them if I have any problems in the future. Have any ideas?

Also, is there a torque sec out there for the bolts holding them down?
