Horn Suggestions

I am looking for a louder horn but not sure I want to go through the hassle of installing an on board air system and air horns. Any suggestions?

We run these in the offroad world and they are loud but very compact.

I've been running one of those on my street bike for over 10 years and it's effective. BTW, when you install it, use a better grade relay than what comes with the horn.

How loud are these horns when you press the lock button a 2nd time? Is it a quick chirp or do they have time to really wind up?

If you're asking about the Stebel, there's no "wind up" and the sound is instantaneous every time. BTW, what is a "lock" button?

Depending on your State's inspection requirements might want to think about a legal horn or the ones that will get you a ticket or worse.

Thanks!

If the question was serious, it’s the door lock button on the key fob (if you have one). Press it twice and the horn chirps once to let you know it’s locked or help you find it in a parking lot etc...

My ‘19 chirps considerably louder than the ‘00 did.

I find that the stock pair of horns are quite sufficient, thus no need to change or modify.

Yes, my question was serious because I did not realize you were talking about the key fob remote. Honestly, I cannot confirm the Stebel Nautilus horn would respond to the remote's double-tap lock button signal. I do know the Virginia state inspector jumped when he double-tapped the horn buttin on my motorcycle last week.
