Scalping tickets

Have any of you ever seen tickets being sold on ebay. Some of the world series tickets are going for 2 3 and even $4,000! This might sound like a funny question, but anyone know where you can actually buy these tickets for the regualar price. Sounds like very easy money. Just wondering. Thanks

Most tickets are spoken for, the only chance that someone has at getting them for face value is when the we know which teams are in, then each team will get a cetain amount to sell. In Anaheim last year, people camped days, I mean days before they went on sale.

Well it seems to be well worth it. I mean this much for these tickets is insane. I'd do it...

Heh ha,
It helps to know someone that works for the teams ticket sales. My younger brother works in one of the teams phone sales and they are allowed to buy some personal tickets for themselfs when they go onsale. Or you can always buy season tickets, season ticket holders are giving first dibs on their seats before they go onsale to the general public.

But a really good option is to do what I like doing, watch it on tv. You'll spend less money on your beer or soda. And forget those ballpark dogs. You can now afford a really big steak. But the best part about this is, you don't have to wait in long lines for the restroom just to **** in a big tub.

I never understood why people are willing to pay that much to watch a stupid baseball game. $4000? Wolfman's right.
I'd rather sit on my sofa, drink bottled beer, eat all the food I want, and actually be able to see what's going on.
