Explorer rear window.

'99 Explorer, rear window pivots on the hinges and I have to line them up to close the window. How do I fix this problem? Thanks..

A gentleman from another forum gave me directions and it's done. Remove the trim from the inside of the window, remove the rubber plugs under the hinges, use a 10mm socket and a T27 torx to tighten the hinges. Took longer to find the tools than to do the job.

Those are prone to problems. I drilled mine through and put SS screws all the way through both sets of hinges. You will need nylock nuts, and a couple larger washers and rubber washers.
