2018 slips into neutral while driving
Got a 2018 dually that recently started going from drive to neutral while driving. While driving he just dropped it back into drive and it worked for a while. Then did it again.
Suggestions?

I was in cruze control at about 55 mph in my 2019 F 250 gas when it suddenly downshifted from 6th to 4th. I tried tapping up on the manual shift button but nothing. Then I turned off cruze and it went back into 6th. Did not do it again so far. But if it does Im heading straight to the dealer.
