1991 Explorer help needed
I have had a 1991 Ford Explorer for a few months. I got a great deal and it has performed well. I have a current starting problem. The vehicle would not start 30 minutes after a car wash. It cranks but won't start. Now, 2 hours later, same problem. Does anyone know what may be happening?

First, did you wash the engine compartment?
If not, see if any water ran under the hood area near the firewall and windshield area or around the edge of the hood where the fenders are. Could be something vital has gotten wet.
