I’ve got a 19 f350 dually. When I’m in 4 x 4 and I let off the accelerator the front diff makes a pretty loud noise. Best way I can describe it is maybe a bearing noise. Dealership replaced some/all, I’m not sure, of the gears in the diff. This made no difference in the noise. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

What were the conditions when you let off the throttle? How fast and were you in mud, sand, on ice, etc...
Mine does the same thing - I was told it's "Normal".
I didn't trust the dealer's word so I took a couple trucks out and tested them and sure enough they both made the same noise as mine - one was even louder.
Coincidence? Not sure, but it made me feel a little better about it.

I’ve noticed it on snow covered roads, gravel roads and dry paved roads. Speed doesn’t seem to matter. The noise is present at 55 mph and 20 mph. Though it is louder the faster the truck is moving.
The noise may be a result of binding in the driveline. Of those three conditions only the snow covered road may allow enough slip to prevent things from winding up on you.
When you put a good load on gears you can expect them to make noise. And you'll hear it more during a torque reversal such as letting off the throttle.
